9. Shipping and Availability.
Your order will leave our warehouse within 5 to 21 business days of receipt, average shipping time is expected to be 2-3 days.  You will be notified if your order is going to take longer because it is out of stock. In the event that we do not have the product you have ordered in stock, we will have the product sent from Australia immediately and at no additional cost to you – this usually takes and additional 2 weeks. 

If for some reason the product is going to take more than 30 days we will notify you and cancel your order.  Note: we will never charge your credit card until the item ships. Your credit card needs no adjustment upon order cancellation.

10. Sales Tax.
Become International Pty. Ltd. will tax collect from every single transaction sales tax for the State from where the order originates. Sales tax rates are subject to periodic changes, we will apply the changes to every transaction in accordance within the State’s law.

11. Returns/ Exchanges
Become offers, through its Advisors, a 100% 45-day money-back guarantee or product replacement to all retail customers.  Every Advisor is bound to honour the retail customer guarantee. If, for any reason, a retail customer is dissatisfied with any become product, the retail customer may return the unused portion of the product to the Advisor from whom it was purchased, within 45 days, for a replacement, exchange or a full refund of the purchase price (excluding shipping costs). Note that promotional products and gift items may not be available for replacement, and may, at become’s discretion, be exchanged for an item of equal value.

Processing and transit time for exchange packages is 7-10 full business days from the time your exchange is received at or warehouse.
